Contact

Getting hold of us is simple: send an email. We don’t run a phone line or a walk-in office, and we’d rather answer one email properly than juggle five different inboxes.

Our email address

admin@paneramenulist.us

That single address reaches the whole Panera Menu Team. A real person reads every message. Most replies go out within two to three working days, and usually faster than that. Weekends and holidays can stretch things a little, so thanks in advance for your patience.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. A price has changed, an item has been discontinued, a nutrition figure looks off. Tell us the item, the page you saw it on, and your city if prices are involved. Screenshots help, if you have one.
  • Suggestions. A guide you’d like us to write, a comparison you can’t find, a seasonal item we missed. Reader suggestions have started some of our most-read pages.
  • Site problems. A broken link, a page that looks wrong on your phone, a photo that won’t load. Mention your device and browser and we’ll chase it down.
  • Privacy questions. Anything about your data, cookies or your rights under our Privacy Policy goes to the same address.
  • Business enquiries. Partnerships, advertising questions and content licensing all start here too.

One thing we can’t do

We are not Panera Bread. This site is an independent guide, and that puts some hard limits on what we can fix. We can’t take your order, track a delivery, refund a gift card, book catering or pass a complaint to a cafe manager. Honestly, we can’t even tell you why your local cafe ran out of baguettes, though we share the pain. For anything involving an actual order or an actual restaurant, contact Panera Bread directly through its official website or app. They have the systems for it; we just have strong opinions about soup.

A few small requests

Put the page name or item name in your subject line if you can. It speeds everything up. If you’re reporting a price, the city matters more than the exact store, and the date you saw the price matters too, because menus move. One message per issue is plenty; sending the same note three times lands in the same inbox and slows the reply down.

Please don’t send us passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details. We never need them, for anything, ever. And while we love a good bread recommendation, unsolicited bulk mail and link-selling pitches go straight to the bin.

If you work at a cafe

Plenty of our best corrections come from people behind the counter, and you’re especially welcome here. If your cafe’s prices, hours or line-up differ from what our guide says, tell us. Local knowledge beats our spreadsheets every single time, and we’ll happily update the page on the strength of it once we’ve cross-checked it.

Photographers and rights holders

If one of your photographs appears on this site and you’d like the credit adjusted, or the image taken down, write to the same address with a link to the page. We use openly licensed images and credit their creators, but mistakes happen, and legitimate requests are dealt with quickly and without argument.

Corrections deserve a special mention

Half the accuracy of this site comes from readers who bothered to write in. When a correction checks out, we update the guide and, where the change is significant, note it in the article. If you’ve ever squinted at a menu board and thought “that’s not what the website said,” you are exactly the correspondent we want. Write to admin@paneramenulist.us and help the next reader order with confidence.

What to include in a correction

The most useful messages are short and specific. Name the item, say what the guide shows, and say what you saw instead, with the town or state where you saw it. A photo of a menu board is welcome but never required, and a price on its own, without the item and the place, is much harder to check. Corrections like this are read first, because they change what other readers see, and a confirmed correction goes into the guide rather than sitting in an inbox.

It also helps to say which page you were reading, since the same item can appear in several guides with different wording. A link, or even the guide title copied into the message, saves a round of guessing. If you are writing about a deal, add the dates you saw it running, if you know them, because a deal that ended last week and a deal that is still running need very different fixes.

Other messages we welcome

Menu news is welcome too. If a new item is being tested near you, or a seasonal item has come back earlier than expected, send it over and say where you saw it. The team checks reader tips the same way it checks other sources, against ordering menus or published listings, before anything goes into a guide. A tip that cannot be confirmed is not published as fact, but it can still point the team toward something worth checking, so it is never wasted.

Questions about using the site are welcome as well, whether a page is hard to read on a phone, a link is broken, or a guide is missing an item you expected to find. Business messages, including requests about listings or partnerships, go to the same inbox, and they are read in the same working-day routine. Messages about an order at a specific restaurant, though, cannot be fixed here, because Panera Menu does not run any restaurant and has no access to order systems.

What not to send, and what happens next

Please do not send payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an email, because email is not a safe place for those things and the site never asks for them. Order numbers and receipts also do not help here, since there is no order system on this side to look them up in. If a message contains something sensitive by mistake, say so in a follow-up and the team can delete the original message on request.

Messages are answered on working days, in the order they arrive, and a correction that changes a guide usually gets a short reply once the change is live. Some messages need a check that takes a few days, especially when a detail varies by region, and in that case a reply may come later than a simple question would. The inbox is checked regularly, but it is a small team, so a message sent late in the week may be picked up on the next working day rather than the same night.

Writing to us

Write to admin@paneramenulist.us for anything on this page, from a price correction to a privacy request. One inbox covers the whole site, so a message will not get lost between departments, because there are none. It is a small online team, there is no phone number and no office to visit, but the inbox is real and it is read by a person.

If your message is about a guide

Messages about a specific guide are easiest to act on when they name the guide and the detail in question. Say which item you mean, what the guide currently shows, and what you saw instead, including the town or state where you saw it. That combination lets the team check the same thing you checked, rather than guessing which of several similar guides you were reading, and it often means a correction can be made without a long exchange of follow-up questions.

It also helps to say whether the detail matters for a single visit or for many readers. A one-off sold-out item at one bakery is different from a price that has changed across a whole region, and the fix for each is different too. The first may need only a note, while the second may need a guide-wide update. Either way, the message is read on working days, and a confirmed change is usually followed by a short reply once the updated guide is live.
